Tis the Season for Giving—Please Remember KPHA

For the past few weeks we all have heard on the radio, television and have read in the newspapers all the campaigns on giving. If you are a United Way Supporter you can designate your contribution to go to a non-profit of your choice. Just write “Kansas Public Health Association” on your contribution designation. You also have the opportunity to become a member of the KPHA Crumbine Club along with current and past Board members. If you still have your Conference Program, tear out the form fill it out and send it with your check. Make sure you indicate in the memo area that it is for the Crumbine Club. We will post donors on the website soon. So far, many thanks to: Heather Hincklin-Henke, Caron Shipley, Linda Frazier, Aaron Davis, Sonja Armbruster, Marvin Stottlemire, Debbi Baugher, Eldonna Chesnut, and Janis Goedeke! The KPHA Crumbine Club was the brain child of Dr. Stottlemire and you will be hearing soon from him and the Membership Committee volunteer “Chair to be”, Nicole Heim, on more information about the club. We hope to build the funds and use them to do special things for public health in Kansas.
